Document Description
The Magnolia School District proposes the construction of a new maintenance and operations (M&O) facility on approximately 1.5 acres of underutilized grass field in the southwest portion of the Dr. Jonas E. Salk Elementary School campus. The M&O facility would include a 15,000-square-foot building and a surface parking lot with 43 stalls, accessed from West Cerritos Avenue. The District's existing M&O services operating at 10850 Berry Avenue would be relocated to the Project site. The Project is categorically exempt under CEQA Guidelines Section 15332, Infill Development Projects.
