Document Description
The Desert Sands Unified School District proposes construction of six new relocatable classrooms and one new relocatable restroom facility to accommodate projected enrollment growth at Andrew Jackson Elementary School. The new classrooms and restroom facility would be constructed in two areas currently occupied by turf immediately south of the school's northern parking lot. All proposed utilities and systems would be connected to the campus's existing facilities. The Project would not change the existing school's operations as a public elementary school. The Project would increase the existing enrollment capacity by 18.5 percent, from 778 to 922 seats.
