California Code of Regulations Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Article 19, Section I 53 I 6(a) Class 16: Acquisition, sale, or other transfer of land in order to establish a park where the land is in a natural condition or contains historical or archaeological resources, and that the management plan for the park has not been prepared.
