The Intelligent Hydroclimatic Information System for Water and Power Management in the American River Basin Project (Project) would harden and upgrade two instrument clusters of the existing thirteen research grade clusters that are collecting hydroclimatic data within the American River Hydrologic Observatory (ARHO). The purpose for the data collection is to improve water supply management decisions and respond to future drought more accurately within the American River Basin.
