Document Description
Southern California Edison plans to repair the San Gorgonio Flowline No. 1 between South Fork Diversion and Raywood flat. The repair will replace the concrete flowline line damaged in the Apple Fire with a dual pipe system along the same alignment with no increase in water carrying capacity. The water in the flowline is the primary dedicated water source for the Banning Heights Mutual Water Company for use by the Bench Community. Currently water is not flowing in the flowline and the Banning Heights Mutual Water Company must purchase water from the City of Banning. The City of Banning also benefits from the proposed project because the water form the flowing recharges the City's ground water field.
