Document Description
The project is replacement of the existing playground structure and protective surface within the "fall zone," and to add a shade canopy structure. An on-site evaluation of the existing structure and protective surface determined that a potential safety hazard exists, warranting equipment replacement. The existing playground's protective surface is delaminating and has developed cracks, requiring a shade canopy structure installed to protect replaced equipment from premature aging. All construction debris will be properly disposed of in compliance with existing regulations.
