Document Description
Planning Application EOT No. PLN23-0020 is the fifth, one-year extension of time for Tentative Tract Map No. 31229. Approval of the extension extends the expiration date to May 16, 2024.
This is to advise that the City of Menifee, as the lead agency, has approved the above-referenced project on June 5, 2023, and has made the following determinations regarding the above-described project:
All impacts related to the tract map were previously analyzed in Environmental Assessment No. 39326, which was prepared for the tentative map TR31229 adopted by the City of Menifee with the approval of the tentative tract map. The previous environmental documents were analyzed and mitigated for all potentially significant effects from the development of the project. The approved mitigation measures have been incorporated into the conditions of approval. Therefore, no further environmental review is required for the extension of time and a Notice of Determination (that no additional environmental review was required) as provided under Public Resources Code Section 21152 and California Code of Regulations Section 15063 and 15162 shall be filed.
