The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction) because the project will replace an existing primary residence with a new single-family dwelling and accessory buildings with substantially the same residential use. The project would not impact an environmental resource of hazardous or critical concern where designated, precisely mapped, and standard Conditions of Approval are included to minimize potential impacts to trees and other biological resources.
No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
