Document Description
Dustin Perbetsky is seeking discretionary approval for a proposed commercial cannabis cultivation operation at 22698 Elk Mountain Road near Lake Pillsbury on APN 001-037-25. The proposed cultivation operation would consist of an A-Type 3 "Medium Outdoor" license, an A-Type 2 "Small Outdoor" license, and an A-Type 13 "Self-distribution" license. The total proposed outdoor canopy area is 50,720 square feet. The project will occur on a 80.5-acre TPZ-zoned parcel that is accessed via Log Ridge Road off of Elk Mountain Road, approximately 15 miles from Upper Lake, CA. Cultivation area would be secured with a 6-foot fence and locked gates. All water for the project will be provided by an existing onsite groundwater well. The project also proposes to use an existing 1952 sq. ft. stormproof shed for an office/security center, a proposed 120 sq. ft. stormproof shed for pesticides and agricultural chemicals storage, two proposed 160 sq. ft. metal shipping/storage containers for harvest storage, four proposed 3,000-gallon water storage tanks, and four employee parking spaces, including one ADA-compliant parking space.
