Document Description
The proposed project is on the existing Tulare Unit’s Visalia headquarters compound. The Unit will install a modular classroom for a Training Program, a utility ditch to attach electrical, water, and sewer lines that will be approximately 185ft in length, 2ft wide, and 3 ft deep. The location of the modular classroom building will be constructed on a vacant lot that is used as overflow parking. The location of the driveway will convert a xeriscape area adjacent to the apparatus bay at the fire station located at Visalia headquarters.
