Section 15031 (Existing Facilities) which applies to the existing parking lot, existing lookout points, existing signage, existing trails, existing stairs, and existing rock wall. Section 15302 (Replacement and Reconstruction) applies to resurfacing the trail leading to the westernmost lookout point, replacement of steps, replacement of railing, and the repairing of stairs leading down to the beach from the north parking lot. Section 15303 (New Construction of Conversion of Small Structures) applies to the proposed interpretive and directional signage, proposed picnic benches, and a proposed low wall. Section 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land) applies to stabilization of slope at the westernmost lookout point. Section 15333 (Small Habitat Restoration Project) applies to the planting of wolf's evening primrose in the picnic area and other vegetated areas around the trail.
