Document Description
This project will provide for the rehabilitation of the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff from Highway 29 to approximately 0.25 miles east of the Rodman Slough Bridge. This work consists of milling and filling the existing AC surface, reconstructing failed AC surfaces, placement of an HMA leveling course, pavement reinforcing fabric, HMA overlay, followed by traffic striping, pavement markers, and shoulder backing.
