Document Description
The previously approved project included the following entitlement requests: 1. A Tentative Parcel Map to divide 0.77 acres into four lots in the RD-5 zone. 2. A Special Development Permit to allow more than two lots to be served by a private drive. 3. A Design Review to comply with the Countywide Design Guidelines. The current project is an extension of time consisting of a six-year extension for the previously approved Tentative Parcel Map. The entitlement required is as follows: A Time Extension pursuant to Section 22.20.090 and 22.20.095 of the Sacramento County Code to extend, by six years, the expiration date of a Tentative Parcel Map, known as 2223 Gunn Road (PLNP2019-00045), which involves the division of 0.77 acres into four lots in the Residential (RD-5) zoning district in the Carmichael/Old Foothill Farms Community of unincorporated Sacramento County.
