Land uses within the Project boundary consist of annual grassland and barren land, a deciduous orchard, and a single-family residence and associated structures on the south side of the boundary.
Document Description
The project would develop a total of 200 single-family homes, a 2.64-acre linear park, and related infrastructure on 40.46 acres. The project includes right-of-way dedication and street improvements for Road 88 (Clancy Street), along with the establishment of new public streets and extension of utilities. The following discretionary actions are required for the project: - Annexation of approximately 40 acres into the City of Visalia. - Tentative Subdivision Map consisting of a 200-lot subdivision on 40 acres. - Tentative Parcel Map, subdividing 40 acres into three parcels.
