Document Description
Remove existing wood swim dock, wooden pilings and gangway. Pile drive (six) 10” steel pilings for the boatlift and (four) 8” pilings for swim dock. Two additional 8” pilings will be driven at the existing pier to support new 30 ft. gangway. Work will be conducted between October 15 and December 31. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources and a building permit from the Building Department.
