After revieing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15301(c), and 15303(c) of the State CEQA Guidelines because the projected consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures, and minor alterations or repairs of existing streets, sidewalks, gutters, and similar facilities involving negligible expansion of use and none of the exceptions to the categorical exemptions provided in Section 15300.2 of the State CEQA Guidelines apply to the proposed project.
