The project site does not impact historical resources.

Reasons for Exemption
The application meets the standards for Section 15301, Section 15302(c) and 15304(f) in that the construction will replace an existing water main and will involve minimal to no land alteration in an area that is already developed and the soil is disturbed. The project sites are located in the City’s Right-of-Way. None of the project sites are environmentally sensitive, and they will not result in significant effects to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality with the construction of the new facilities. No significant adverse effects were identified during the evaluation process.
