Document Description
The proposed Project consists of constructing twelve single-family affordable housing units with parking and associated site improvements. Site improvements include construction of an east to west access roadway (Crane Avenue), connections to electrical lines, water and sewer pipelines, and storm drains. The existing westernmost dead end of Crane Avenue will be extended east to the property and will require a 60-foot-wide easement approximately 100 feet in length across parcels 079-150-004 and 079-150-002. Construction of the access roadway will impact stream channels OW02 and OW03. Near the western end of the new roadway, three 45-feet-long by 12-feet-wide open bottom box culverts will be constructed with riprap aprons at the inlets and outlets. The center culvert and riprap will impact stream channel OW02. Impacts to OW03 will be incurred from the construction of a continuously reinforced concrete pavement road (CRCP) meant to provide a low-water crossing ingress and egress opportunity for emergency vehicles. The CRCP road will be a concrete slab reinforced with rebar at various longitudinal distances and will measure approximately 20 feet wide and 9 inches thick. Additional temporary impacts to OW03 will be incurred from a new utility tie-in.
