Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to restore habitat for Lahontan Cutthroat Trout, a threatened fish species under the Federal Endangered Species Act, by eradicating non-native fish species from 5.34 miles of the Upper Truckee River Watershed through electrofishing and gillnetting in temporarily isolated stream segments. The objective of the Project is to facilitate natural downstream range expansion of the Meiss Meadows LCT population.
