Document Description
Bureau of Land Management will be replacing the existing 84-inch corrugated metal culvert with an in-kind culvert that conveys flow from Cedar Creek under East Fork Road. The culvert is in poor condition due to corrosion which has caused infiltration of flow under the barrel. There is concern that the existing culvert cannot be properly maintained and eventually will experience catastrophic structural failure causing the road to become impassable.
