14 California Code of Regulations Section 15262, 15322, and 15333
Reasons for Exemption
The Community Project is exempt from preparing an environmental impact document under the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines. The habitat restoration component of the Community Project is exempt under Section 15333, because it will not exceed five acres in size and will restore and enhance habitat for fish, plants, and wildlife by revegetating disturbed areas with native plant species through the use of hand labor only.
