CDCR Division of Adult Paroles, will be leasing an approximately 6,349 square foot office on the first floor and 6,699 square foot office on the third floor located in Hawthorne, CA. The project will involve interior renovation of an existing office including replacing ceiling tiles, electrical fixtures, paint, carpeting, and roll up shades. The project also includes additional security improvements including exterior, alarm keypads, and key card readers. This project is needed to provide a clean and safe work environment for staff and parolees.
