Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-32911-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant,
Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District.
The Project includes activities required to enhance water conveyance within Smith Ditch by removing an existing
deteriorating wooden diversion box and installing a new precast concrete control structure. The control structure
controls flow from Smith Ditch to Smith Ranch and back into the South Fork of the Kern River.

the protective features of EPIMS-KER-32911-R4.
