Approval of a Minor Use Permit to allow for the development to construct a 2,200 square foot gas station/convenience store on 0.45 acres (19,365 sq.ft) with 6 fueling positions located under a canopy and a convenience store on a vacant parcel. The site design also includes two (1) 20,000-gallon and (1) 22,000-gallon underground fuel storage tanks (USTs). Two underground infiltration basins with a combined storage volume of 7,013 cubic feet are proposed for peak attenuation of storm flows.
