Sutter County is proposing to replace the failed corrugated steel pipe culvert with a precast concrete arch culvert as the Mark Hopkins Avenue over Ping Slough Culvert Replacement Project. The precast concrete arch culvert will provide a waterway opening of at least 75 square feet. Funding for the project will be 100-percent local County funds.
