Document Description
The Project proposes the development of a medical office center on ±10.5 acres of vacant land at the southwest corner of Gerald Ford Drive and Technology Drive in the City of Palm Desert, Riverside County, California. The City Council approved the Mitigated Negative Declaration at a public hearing on October 26, 2023, at which time they also approved the Precise Plan and Tentative Tract Map, and introduced an Ordinance amending the Specific Plan. An NOD was filed for the approval of the Precise Plan and Tentative Tract Map on October 27, 2023. The second reading of the Ordinance occurred on November 16, 2023, thereby completing the Project approvals. This NOD is filed for the Ordinance approving the Specific Plan.
