Document Description
The Project is limited to the construction of a driveway over a stream crossing, replacement of a culvert, and obstructing natural streamflow via an existing on-stream reservoir. Construction of the driveway will follow the alignment of a farm road to provide access to a new single-family residence. The driveway will cross an unnamed
tributary and will require the replacement of an existing damaged 14-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). A new 22-linear-foot, 24-inch diameter culvert will be installed to accommodate the new driveway. A four-foot-high concrete wall will be installed along the north end of the culvert. A two-foot-high retaining wall will be installed between the roadway and both a 60-inch diameter at breast height (dbh) coast live oak (Quercus agrifolia), and a 24-inch diameter dbh coast live oak, which will both be protected in place. An existing on-stream reservoir will be operated by fill and spill for aesthetic purposes for a future home. No water will be pumped or otherwise diverted from reservoir.
