Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes an emergency project to replace the damaged embankment and slopes and repair storm drain culverts on State Route Routes 26, 49, and 88 in Amador, Calaveras and San Joaquin Counties. There are also numerous areas in which the slope failures have encroached past the right-of-way line and undermined telephone facilities along Route 88 in Amador County. The purpose of the project is to address the damaged embankment, slope, and culverts due to recent storm. The need of this project is to prevent and mitigate the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public services.
