Document Description
The project proposes to establish an indoor industrial cannabis cultivation,
processing, and distribution facility on a developed 0. 72-acre site. The site is currently developed
with a one-story industrial building. The proposed use would be located within a portion of, the
existing vacant one-story, 8,000 square-foot building. The building consists of two warehouses.
Warehouse Unit A is approximately 4,000 square feet and occupies the western half of the building
and would be upgraded to house the proposed cannabis facility. Warehouse Unit B is approximately
4,000 square feet and occupies the eastern half of the building and would remain vacant.
