The project is located at 16550 West Bernardo Drive and the easements to be vacated are described as Water Easement Gin Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map (PM) 21951; Water Easement A in Parcel 2 of PM 21951; and Water Easement Fin Parcel 1 of PM 21104. The site is also located in the Industrial Park (IP-2-1) zone, Environmentally Sensitive Lands, and Prime Industrial Lands.
