Notice of exemption for Coastal Conservancy approval of grant funding as this project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under 14 California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 15304, minor alterations to the land, water and/or vegetation. The site is four acres of riparian corridor in Malibu Creek State Park. The riparian corridor is currently choked with invasive non-native grasses and mustard plants. This project (run by Outward Bound Adventures) includes site surveys, removal of non-native plant species, and planting native plants.
