Document Description
The City of San José proposes to construct a new building at 1138 Olinder Court to serve as the new San José Fire Department (SJFD) Fire Station No. 32.The City of San José proposes the construction of a new, one-story fire station with two apparatus bays, which would serve as the new SJFD Fire Station 32 located at 1138 Olinder Court. The proposed improvements consist of the construction of a new fire station building, hardscape areas, landscaping, and underground utilities to support the fire station. The proposed project would also result in the demolition of an existing structure and removal of existing tree on the site.
