Class 1 allows for the rehabilitation of deteriorated facilities to meet standards of public health and safety, and for the repair and maintenance of existing public structures, facilities, and mechanical equipment where it involves negligible expansion of use. The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this project.
