The project consists of leasing 4,325 sf of office building space. The building is located at 11661 Blocker Drive, #200, Auburn, CA 95603. Currently, CALFIRE personnel occupies the NEU Headquarters buildings located at 13760 Lincoln Way in Auburn, CA 95658. However, recent hirings of personnel have necessitated additional office space. Approximately 20 staff members consisting of finance, personnel administrative, and Chief Officers administrative will occupy the office space for a term of eight years. Minor cosmetic tenant improvements such as carpeting, painting, and blinds will be completed in the new office space. No structural improvements will occur.
