Document Description
The project will rehabilitate the road from Sierra Street to Stroud Avenue and install new ADA compliant pedestrian facilities. Reconstruction includes the removal of existing asphalt concrete pavement, grade and compact subgrade, grade and compact class II aggregate base, pave new hot mix asphalt layer, adjust existing manholes and water valve frames and covers to finish grade, and install pavement striping.
