Document Description
The project proposed a pre-signal at the UPRR crossing. UPRR will install train detection circuitry and other equipment to provide advance preemption, install a signal interconnection and junction boxes, remove and install five CPUC warning devices, replace the existing signal house with a new one and install concrete crossing panels. City of Fowler will install a pre-signal on Manning Avenue, modify the existing traffic signal. Install pavement markings, markers, and striping, median island, an interconnected active advance warning system, sidewalk barricades, concrete sidewalk, an ADA pedestrian curb ramp and pavement improvements.
