Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-49896-R6). The Project is limited to impacts to streambed associated with the construction of a flood control facility comprising an engineered channel that would permanently reestablish fluvial and sediment transport processes from Salvia, Edom, and Willow Washes (the eastern branch of Mission Creek) north of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) bridge, under the UPRR bridge in a southerly direction and into the Whitewater River.
