Administration (FAA) Part n Notification area. The community plan designates the site as Commercial Community which allows residential up to 29 dwelling units per acre.

topographical features, Involving, negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. This project would not Involve an expansion of use. In addition; the exceptions listed in CEQA Section 15300.2 would not apply.
