Reasons for Exemption
This project is within scope of work defined by San Mateo County Road Maintenance Plan which has an Environmental Impact Report. The work will make no alterations or additions to existing roadways or drainage infrastructure. CCR, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Title 19. The specific sections which apply are 15301 (c) road maintenance, 15301 (h) maintenance of existing landscape growth, and 15304 (i) Class 4 minor alteration to land, including fuel management.
