On April 11, 2023, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC-2023-04 determining that the General Plan Conformity finding regarding the acquisition of real property located at 207 W. Chapman Avenue (APN 339-033-21) is not a "project" as defined under California Public Resources Code Sections 21065 and 21080 in that the Planning Commission made a finding as to General Plan conformity. Therefore, the City has complied with the California Environmental Quality Act.
