The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes development of plans and specifications to replace the aging distribution watermain piping and mechanical well head components, and evaluate the operational effectiveness of the existing pressure tank or replace the existing pressure tank with a new larger tank.
