If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form, including conditions provided by CDPR staff, it is exempt under CEQA §15304 – Minor Alterations to Land and CEQA §15311 Accessory Structures. The action falls under the Departmental List of Exempt Activities established under the authority of CEQA §15300.4 as:
• “Minor alterations in the condition of land” (Class 4, Section 15304) and
• “Installation of fee collection devices” (Class 11, Section 15311)
The project does not involve removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees (Class 4).
