Document Description
The proposed project, which consists of a request for an amendment to a previously approved Special Use Permit, would modify the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages for an ABC Type-20 Off-Sale beer and wine license from 9:00 A.M.- 12:00 A.M. each day of the week, to 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 A.M. each day of the week. The convenience store would continue to operate 24-hours a day. The store also sells soft drinks, snacks, and miscellaneous items typically found in a gas station convenience store.
No changes are proposed to the existing gas station convenience store, car wash, fueling islands, or the existing fueling canopy at this time. The existing convenience market would structurally remain unchanged as a one-story structure.
