Document Description
The major amendment consists of the regrading of the left bank of Pinole Creek to repair erosion associated with storm damage, extension of the existing culvert approved in the original Streambed Alteration Agreement, installation of a new culvert drain, construction of two rock rip-rap dissipaters associated with the previously mentioned culverts, modifications to the structural backfill previously placed as part of the project, and the application of biodegradable erosion control and revegetation components. Changes in the protective Measures of the Streambed Alteration Agreement were also made regarding soil remediation, project impacts, and project reporting.
