Vesting Parcel Map 22-05043 (VPM 38384) and Development Plan Review 22-00003 - A proposal to consolidate eighteen (18) parcels into one 14.15-net-acre lot (16.1 gross acres) for the construction of an approximately 263,820 square foot industrial warehouse building (approximately 247,516 square feet of non-refrigerated warehouse and manufacturing space, approximately 10,000 square feet of office space, and approximately 6,304 square feet of mezzanine space) within the Light Industrial (LI) Zone of the Perris Valley Commerce Center Specific Plan (PVCCSP). The Project also includes 37 loading docks, landscaping, surface parking, and street improvements, and installation of utility infrastructure necessary to serve the Project.
