Document Description
The proposed project would construct a four-story mixed-use development with 39 residential units, at a density of 98 units per acre, and approximately 1,540 square feet of retail space. The project would include 33 parking spaces which would be provided in one subgrade parking level (23 spaces) and a surface parking lot (10 spaces) located within the development. The project includes common open space activity areas on the second, third and fourth floors in the form of a central courtyard-outdoor deck space. The amenity areas of the proposed project would include seating, planters, barbeque, and outdoor gathering spaces for use by future residents. The project building would be approximately 63 feet tall. In addition to the development the project proposes a General Plan Amendment from Neighborhood Mixed Use to Very High-Density Residential which would allow for ground floor retail and a rezoning to Planned Development (PD).
