Document Description
Adoption of Resolution No. 6677, readopting changes to City's Land Use plan adopted in February 2023 to implement the 6th Cycle Housing Element by placing housing overlays over 648 parcels in the city and changing the land use designation on two parcels to Very High Density residential to allow development of an additional 7,436 units in the City. Introduction of Ordinance No. 1873 readopting the zone changes and zone text amendment to implement the 6th Cycle Housing Element consistent with the Land Use Amendment and making minor text amendments to the zoning code.
