Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SUT-40700-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sutter County Development
Services – Planning, as represented by Arwen Wacht.
The County is proposing to replace the existing single lane bridge, shift the canal 10-feet, the
removal of an abandoned 12-inch by 48-foot corrugated metal culvert, replaced with a 24-inch
by 53-foot corrugated metal culvert that connects the agricultural field on the northeast side of
Larkin Road to the canal, rock slope protection installation, remove vegetation, recontour the
banks, and relocation of the channel flow.
