Document Description
The Costco Wholesale Corporation (Costco) requested a modification of the project approved under the 2017 IS/MND. The Modified Project includes demolition of the former Sports Chalet and Stein Mart sites (building and parking area), relocation of the existing gasoline fuel station (fuel station) from the western portion to the northwestern portion of the Modified Project site, expansion of the number of fueling positions from 18 (approved in 2017) to 32 (Modified Project), a new drive-thru car wash, approximately 20,000 square feet of new floor area to the existing Costco Warehouse building, a new parking lot and landscaping improvements, and decommissioning of the existing fuel station. The Modified Project would be constructed in four phases beginning in 2023, with completion and occupancy expected in 2026.
