This project requests approval of a Minor Boundary Line Adjustment between Assessors Parcels 495-030-004 (Lot 4 EE Maps 37) and 017-063-066 (Lot 5 FF Maps 15). Parcel 495-030-004 which comprises 4.42 gross acres, would adjust a 0.34 acre portion of land to parcel 017-063-066 which currently comprises 4.272 gross acres. Following the adjustment both parcels would comply with the zoning requirements established for the overall development and would provide a better lot configuration for the planned design of parcel 495-030-004.
